In the case of surveys - Well yes it can! But, is it worth all the hassle? You must have a clear idea of what you are trying to achieve and of the trustworthy sites that you will get paid from and what amounts you are likely to make. Writing Blogs? We'll see! I also look at Paid to Read and some other Affiliate Programs

Opinion Bar

When you join you have to download a piece of software which gives you notification of surveys and you can enter survey details with it. The best tip is to not bother with it! Just go to the website and log in on a daily basis and you will keep up with what surveys are available.

The payment for each survey is £1 plus except for some internal ones which pay about £0.10. You qualify for payment at the relatively low level of £10 and payment is direct into your bank account. When you request payment you confirm your payment details and payments are processed at the beginning of each month.

As with so many of these sites you are not going to become rich completing them but you will at least receive payment from this site.

There is no affiliate program with the site so this is why it probably doesn't get featured too often on scam sites which are there to make money by recruiting affiliates (the only real way to make money out of surveys!). You can join here.

I gave up on Opinionbar. I hardly made any money from it. Over the past year, every time I get near the end of the survey, I get thrown out due to being not the type they wanted for their survey - after they had already collected the data.

I feel Opinionbar is just a scam.
