In the case of surveys - Well yes it can! But, is it worth all the hassle? You must have a clear idea of what you are trying to achieve and of the trustworthy sites that you will get paid from and what amounts you are likely to make. Writing Blogs? We'll see! Ciao

The subject for this post is Survey company Ciao.

I signed up to Ciao on 26th April and was sent my first e-mail notification of a survey on 10th May. Since then to 27th May I have had 25 survey notifications which have been valued at a total of £21.40. Of these surveys I have not been in the target group for the majority of them (based on age mainly I think) and others I've just not been able access quickly enough.

However, there is much more to Ciao than just surveys. There is also the opportunity to earn money by reviewing products and becoming an active member of a wider community. To date my account stands at £1.91 with £1.85 from surveys and £0.06 from a review. Although unlike with many survey companies you are not paid immediately so I have a number of surveys to be paid for.

I am at the moment quite impressed by the approach but would like to see accounts credited for surveys more quickly.

How much money can I earn through the Partner Programme?

from Ciao site...

You'll receive 50 pence for every user who, after clicking on the Ciao advertising on your site, then chooses to become a Ciao member, provided that (s)he writes at least one review on the site. In addition, you'll subsequently receive the equivalent of 50% of his/her earnings on the site for his/her first six months of membership (excludes survey and premium fund earnings). For example, if your site managed to generate just 20 new active Ciao members, who each made £20 on the site in 6 months, you'd earn £210. (20 x £0.50) + (20 x £10) = £ 210.

So if you're going to join click on this link and make sure you write at least one review (remeber you make money for doing it).
